I finished reading On Dublin Street and I must say it's very interesting. I'm in love with Braden. REAALY <3 I hope Ellie and Adam have also their own story. I'm a shipper of these couple. More power!
ReplyDeleteI have heard there may be a follow-up book to On Dublin Street. Is that true? I really liked the book and hope there will be more! :-)
ReplyDeleteYeah Samantha is writing it at the moment!!
ReplyDeleteLoved Slumber and the Lunarmorte books...they had me sleepless for nights! Mentioned them on my blog. Will be checking out more of your writings. :)
ReplyDeleteI just finished On Dublin Street. Absolutely amazing. I will definitely be on the lookout for more of your adult fiction!

Loved, loved, LEEERRRVED On Dublin Street! A friend recommended it to me after we became hooked on Fifty Shades. (I've never been a book reader, but was given part 1 of Fifty as a gift, so therefore felt obliged to read it....and was soo glad I did ;) There are so many books out and coming out claiming to be the 'new fifty' and so far, I had been disappointed - they were a total let-down. I loved the characters Joss and Braden - and I have to agree - they do deserve a happy ending, but I do look forward to reading about them in Down London Road. I hope you are planning on writing more in this genre (I'm not a fan of fantasy, etc - please dont take offence). Congrats on OSD and good luck with your future writing - cant wait to read DLR!
ReplyDeleteI just finished reading On Dublin Street as well....I loved Fifty Shades and agreed that until On Dublin Street, there weren't any books out there as good. Well On Dublin Street took my breath away. I loved it so much, I read it in one day. Couldn't NOT put it down.
ReplyDeleteI am SO glad that you are writing another book like it. I can't wait to read that one as well. Thank you for a wonderful book, and PLEASE continue to write such awesome book!!!
Just finished reading On Dublin Street and I must say, it was not what I was expecting but I LOVED it!! I was thinking it'd be more like 50 Shades but I'm actually glad it wasn't and it was what it was if that makes any sense lol....It was so beautiful and I loved the story between Braden and Jocelyn. You should definitely write more books like that!! I'd read them!!
ReplyDeleteI picked up on Dublin Street thinking it was a cheesy irish chick lit book! so I was delighted to see it was set in Edinburgh..my fav city in the whole world!! I absolutely got lost in the story, had the book read in a day! Cant wait to see what other adult fiction books you write, especially if they're set in Scotland. :)will be keeping an eye out!
ReplyDeleteAfter reading On Dublin Street in less than 24 hours I felt like Joss and Braedon's story needed more!! I like that Down London Road is a spin off from On Dublin Street (if anyone noticed Joanna is the girl Joss works with in the bar) but I need a sequil to On Dublin Street...I feel like I need more Joss and Braedon....I will still read Down London Road, but I won't have the same connection to characters (since I didn't really like Jo in the book). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE continue Joss and Braedon's story!!!
ReplyDeletecan't agree more..i look forward to books 2, 3, 4, ... of On Dublin street.. :D
DeleteI really loved On Dublin Street I read it in two days. And after reading fifty it's once to find a more realistic story. I'd love to read more from Joss and Braden or Ellie and Adam's story.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how to feel about Jo. It is a character that didn't captivated me, but I think I will read the book to find out more of joss and Braden.
I've been a fan of yours, Ms. Young, since The Tale of Lunarmorte series and while it's been a long time since the last book came out, I still find myself daydreaming about Lucien sometimes (not really, I still daydream about him all the time) and hoping that there'll be more from where that came from. Once you finish with On Dublin Street book number dot, dot, dot (by the way, I'm a big fan of that, too; Braden comes a close second to Lucien in my book)...can you please, please, PLEASE write some more stuff about Caia and Lucien and maybe their babies whatsoever? It doesn't matter if it's only chapter or a hundred; I need MORE of them! Pretty please? More power to you and as long as you keep writing, I promise I'll keep reading ALL of your books--every single one of them. :D
ReplyDeleteWonderful and refreshing- Samantha Joung obviously has great talent and imagination that will leave you breathless. Ability to write novels that are read in one breath puts her among the best writers of this popular genre.
ReplyDeleteWe can say that in addition to William Wallace, bagpipes, kilts and Nessi, she represent a new symbol of recognition for Scotland. What to say more..just keep up whit good work!!!!!
I want more like drip drop teardop
ReplyDeleteI loved On Dublin Street!! greattings from Venezuela!
