Happy Boxing Day!

Hey folks!

Welcome to the new and improved blog. Visitors should now be able to post comments (yay!) and I've added pages so you can check out my books in more detail :-)

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and got all the goodies you were hoping for. I did
I got lots of books, which just makes me so happy.

Grave Secret - Charlaine Harris
Misguided Angel - Melissa de la Cruz
Rumours - Anna Godbersen
Envy - Anna Godbersen
Splendour  - Anna Godbersen
Last Sacrifice (VA) - Richelle Mead
Crescendo - Becca Fitzpatrick

Ahhh I cannot tell you how excited I am by this beautiful pile of books. The Anna Godbersen Luxe Series are such gorgeous books. Looking forward to getting my teeth into all of them but most especially Last Sacrifice. I feel like I've been waiting for this book FOREVER. I am now re-reading the entire series to get to this mega finale.

I also got the uber stunning UK white edition of the Twilight Saga.

The photo doesn't really do them justice - the red titles on the biding are all shiny and sparkly (like Edward hehe) and the page edges - all the way around - are blood red.
Plus... you know you've made it in the literary world when you don't have to put the title of the novel or the author name on the front cover!

Tres cool.

With all these amazing books awaiting me, you may be wondering where I will find the time to do my own writing. Yeah, wondering that too. Ha. Kidding. I'm going to be working my ass off in the New Year, and as a little Boxing Day gift, I added a page to the blog for the new series I've been working on - Warriors of Ankh. Check it out.

Blog Blues

Hey guys,

Just a quick note. It's been brought to my attention that my comments section isn't working on the blog. So sorry folks for my complete inability to run an organised and fully functioning blog :-p
Expect a new blog by the weekend... more apologies for changing it again. I really like the template of this blog but there are just too many restrictions on it and not having a comments section just... well... sucks. So I'll be back in a few days with a new look.

Lunarmorte #1 U.S. Edition

Hey folks,

I've been spending the last few weeks not only working on a new series (more on that in the coming months), working on preparing River Cast (Lunarmorte#2) and Blood Solstice (Lunarmorte#3) for publication, but also getting Lunarmorte #1 ready for publication in the U.S.
I've had a lot of wonderful emails from U.S. readers eager to get their hands on Lunarmorte, as well as some fantastic support from amazing U.S. book bloggers, so I decided to release Lunarmorte #1 U.S. edition through CreateSpace. It's not out in the ether yet because it's still in the proof-reading stages but I'm hoping for a release date of January 31st 2011.
The U.S edition is a revised version of Lunarmorte UK edition - the book cover is different, there are changes to references, structure, and some content but no changes to plot.

Chaos Before the Preview

Hey all!

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while but it has been utter chaos here! See below for evidence of chaos:

I haven't managed to get to work for the past fortnight because of the chaos but I've not been twiddling my thumbs. In fact, because of my lack of sleep (due to stressing over how I was going to get to work each morning - the attempts were varied and not at all fun) my days have been looonng. So I've put together a little xmas gift.

Click on the link below to check out an ARC preview of River Cast: Book Two in The Lunarmorte Trilogy. There are spoilers for the first novel in this preview so if you haven't read Lunarmorte #1 you might not want to click. For those of you who have read it, don't worry if you're confused by the preview and ask yourselves "But... where's Caia?"
Caia still tells the story, it's just Jaeden's voice is now thrown into the mix as well.
This preview consists of the prologue and Chapter One.

River Cast Blurb
The war is escalating.
Caia is caught between her loyalty to The Daylights and her new insight into the hearts of The Midnights.
Invited to train at The Centre under the tutelage of The Daylights, Caia and Lucien immerse themselves in the world of the Head of The Coven, Marita. With a future battle hanging over their heads, Caia and her Alpha struggle to understand Marita’s vision for the future of The Coven and withstand her manipulation and plans for them – plans that are sure to separate Caia from Pack Errante and Lucien; plans that inadvertently push Caia not only further from Lucien, but further from all Daylights.
Conflicted… Caia must choose a side in the war. And her choice may mean sacrificing all those she has come to love.

Merry Christmas! Hope you enjoy.
